Can I purchase a ticket online and at the event?
Yes, tickets may be purchased online or upon arrival at the Gatlinburg Convention Center.
Is each ticket valid for all 3 days of the show?
Yes, each ticket will permit you entry Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
How do I check in and scan my ticket?
(Only if you purchased ticket) Upon arrival at the Gatlinburg Convention Center, bring your ticket to the welcome desk at either entrance! There we will scan your ticket and provide you with a wristband!
What type of merchandise is at the show?
Our exhibitors offer a wide variety of merchandise including apparel, jewelry, gifts, home decor, accessories, spa/beauty products, gourmet foods and more!
Are strollers and rolling carts allowed on the show floor?
No, due to insurance purposes, we do not allow strollers or rolling carts on the show floor
Are wheelchairs provided on site?
Yes, we offer wheelchairs if needed by our guests.
