2024 Pre-Registration & Registration Form

Attending as a Wholesaler?

Please, review the requirements listed below to ensure you qualify!

Mandatory Wholesale Registration Requirements:

• Current Business Tax License or Sales & Use Tax Permit in the industry of or pertaining to apparel, jewelry, gifts, accessories, gourmet, electronics or spa/beauty with valid driver’s license
• Copies of Purchase Orders or Invoices from the Last 6 Months totaling to $2,000-$3,000
• Picture of Storefront or URL Link to Website Showing Company Name
• Business Card, Company Check or Company Credit Card (if registering at show)
• Business owner is allowed a complimentary badge for their spouse
• Business owners are allowed to bring two qualified employees/buyers. Owners must provide employee payroll information showing three consecutive weeks of forty hours or more worked accompanied by the employee’s driver’s license
• Any attendee that is not listed on business licensing or isn’t a full time employee will be required to purchase a ticket
